The Santos E-Patrol is developed for professionals who need to operate quickly and effectively in public spaces. Whether it’s enforcement, supervision or emergency response, the E-Patrol enables rapid deployment in busy city centres as well as in more remote areas.

This e-bike combines the most powerful Bosch mid-drive motor with the proven quality of the Patrol Bike. Built for intensive daily use: strong, low-maintenance and reliable. Choice of different saddles.

Santos Wheels

Custom built by Santos. Featuring extra-strong rims, reinforced spoke nipples, high-quality spokes and a carefully engineered spoke pattern. Available in 27.5" and 28".

Versatile

Compatible with various racks, with the option to fit mudguards, lighting and tyres from 40 to 65 mm.

Optional: suspension seatpost

For extra comfort, a suspension seatpost and suspension stem are optionally available.

Bosch LED Remote

Intuitive control with clear LED indication. Easily switch between assistance modes and always stay informed about the battery status.

Rohloff hub

Reliable Rohloff hub with 14 internal gears, no cleaning required, proven durability.

Gates Carbon Drive riem

Durable Gates belt drive, no lubrication required.

Santos Pedals

Wide pedals with extra grip Provide more support and pedalling efficiency. Clipless pedals are also available.

Santos Belt Tensioner

The pulley keeps the belt tensioned behind the front sprocket, exactly where it would normally slacken under load.

750 Wh Bosch battery

Large integrated Bosch battery with side removal, leaving space on top for bottles or other accessories.

Lighting

Optimal visibility with high-quality SON lighting, powered by either the battery or a hub dynamo. Available in 6 colours.

Fully customizable to match your organisation’s identity — from frame colour to branding.

Fully integrated battery in the frame

This bike is built for long, worry-free miles. That’s why we’ve chosen a large internal Bosch battery (750 Wh), fully integrated into the Santos frame. This provides extra protection against external elements and enhances the bike’s stability. The battery can be removed from the side, leaving space on top for bottles or other accessories.

The powerful Bosch mid-drive motor

This E-Patrol features a powerful Bosch mid-drive motor. It delivers a smooth ride with excellent pulling power, especially noticeable at low speeds. Climbing steep hills is no problem, even with heavy loads.

You won’t see them, but under heavy load you can hear them working hard: the steel gears inside the motor. The same as used in cargo motors, built for extra power and an exceptionally long lifespan.

Reliable Rohloff hub

The E-Patrol features an internal Rohloff gear system built into the rear wheel. Combined with a Santos carbon belt drive, this results in a low-maintenance and highly durable drivetrain.

If you choose electronic shifting (E-14), the Bosch mid-drive motor and Rohloff gear system work seamlessly together for even smoother shifting.
